So you’re in the middle of printing your new business plan or a report and suddenly you hear the dreaded noise of the printer running out of paper. We’ve all had it happen and it can be a real pain in the neck. However, have you considered the quality of printer paper you’re using? The higher gradient in the paper means that the ink sits better on it and this means a clearer and more high quality look and feel to the finished product. Obviously, you’ll need to consider the ink you use as well but most of the work is down to the printer and the printer paper.

Finding high quality printer paper is simple but next time you start a printing project, remember to consider a different type of paper. You can use ordinary plain paper for your everyday printing needs but when it comes to special projects, it’s a good idea to use specialist paper if you can.
